The prices are for two people inclusive of breakfast per night.
The School Room: £130.00 - £155.00
The Kingfisher Room: £120.00 - £135.00
The Treetops Room: £110.00
The Heron Room: £99.00
Special Offers
Cancellation policy is 100% on the day or 50% with more than 24hrs notice. If we re-let the complete booking there will be an administration fee of £20.00 for refunds and the remainder will be refunded less the card charge for refunding by streamline. Cancellation policy is charged for all the nights booked. Any damages may be chargeable. Please note we pass on the transaction charges as follows: Debit Cards - £1.00 per transaction, Credit Cards - are charged at £3.50 per transaction or if more than one night or is more than £3.50 is charged at 3.5% per transaction. Business cards are 4%
Non Smoking Policy - Homelea Bed and Breakfast is strictly non smoking. This policy includes all rooms. In the event you or any member of your party smoke in your room or in or on any part of the b&b premises we reserve the right to charge you £50.00 for specialist cleaning to make the room fit as a non smoking environment and reserve the right to ask you to immediately vacate the premises and no refund will be given.
Damage Policy - If you, or any member of your party, damage any bedding or linen, we reserve the right to charge you for specialist cleaning and or replacement of any bedding or linen.
If you or any members of your party cause any damage to the hotel interiors, room interiors or soft furnishings, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repair of any such damage. All policies will be debited via the card held to reserve the room on booking.
Please remove all outside shoes upstairs on carpets.
All items and furniture in your room is the property of Homelea. We reserve the right to charge you the full replacement cost for any item or piece of furniture removed from your room.
